In London, I honestly only felt like wearing deep, darker colors. Black became my new best friend. Maybe it was the weather, the beginning of a new season, or the, “who gives a care” attitude floating in the air. Vintage dresses filled my suitcases. High colors. Longer hem-lines. Layers. All of these things fit my London style. But most importantly, my Docs. Whenever I throw them on now, I think of London, which always puts me in a good mood. Looking down at my feet now just gives me flashbacks! Funny that I didn’t once feel like wearing them when I was in Paris. It’s just the vibe of London that got me obsessed with the iconic boot. It’s that breath of rock n’ roll. The more mixed and matched my outfits, the better. I went a bit out of my norm being so dark, but I have definitely brought the style back to the States with me. I think my friends are already catching on!
