This year was the 2nd installment of Pacific Festival, which debuted last summer at the Oak Canyon Ranch. Unlike last year’s festival, which featured headliners such as Cut Copy, Calvin Harris, and Steve Aoki, this year’s festival focused more on live acts with the likes of Mayer Hawthorne, Poolside, Fool’s Gold, Mr. Little Jeans, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Capital Cities, WILDCAT! WILDCAT! and a handful of DJ sets by Bag Raiders, Miami Horror, Goldroom, Cassette and more.
The vibe at the festival was an intimate and laid-back day at the beach, with stages set up next to the water, endless hours of funky tunes, paddle boarding and inflatables out in the bay, and crowds of sun-kissed people dancing. Amidst the live acts mixed with the last days of Summer heat and breezy Newport dunes, the fashion crowd descended on Pacific Festival and Volcomunity was backstage and running about to snap some of the fun action!
