Last weekend was the launch of ACP magazines 30 days of fashion and beauty and to kick off the 30 days they showed 16 fashion shows over 2 days in Sydney’s town hall. Luckily I got to be a part of it and show you all behind the scenes of a fashion show. 6am on a Saturday morning and while most of Sydney was still in bed 14 other models and I, along with the rest of the backstage crew were starting our day preparing for the weekend of shows ahead. We did 8 shows each day, which meant doing 1 show every hour with a 20 minute break in between each show. Each show showcased a different designer along with a beauty brand such as Olay and Venus. There were hundreds of frocks, shoes, accessories, lights, and cameras all weekend but the best part of the weekend was finally finishing the last show on Sunday afternoon and kicking off the high-heeled shoes and going home to bed.
