I hope no one who is desperate to fly me out to Greenland or Hawaii for a shoot is going to read this, but I think I’ve found my favorite photo shoot location. A big green plant, not particularly fancy, in fact I don’t even know what type of plant it is. It basically looks like giant grass and grows outside my friends’ place ten minutes from my house in London. It looks good in colour and black and white, shot with a cheap little plastic lens camera or the best rangefinder one ever made. I like the way the flash bounces off it and how it helps the models with their poses while sort of swallowing them at the same time.
