The thunderstorms are here and I’ve suddenly taken up a huge fascination with lightening! Well, I’m actually super scared of it!! It’s amazing and beautiful, but at the same time when it seems it’s crashing down right in the yard!!!?? A loud tearing through the sky crackling sound and you know any second a loud burst crashing and windows shaking to follow. The pitch black forest turns into seconds of flashing light and I wonder where those monkeys are! OH-EM-G. I may be a wuss, or have what they call Astraphobia , but what an experience! Growing up in So-Cal this is totally new for me and here I am, investigating from the top of our farm’s Teak Hill, what the tallest tree is…just in case! Aahhhhh! Well I guess our planet needs these rains to make the gorgeous jungle trees! Anyhow, here’s the day after the storm which is always beautiful (at least we now have water in the pool and pollywogs in there too!) To mix it up I’m wearing Volcom Women’s Free Me Board Shorts and the solid intuition halter bikini!
